RISONARE – No-shoes policy in guest rooms for a safer family trip
RISONARE is a premier family resort brand with an array of activities for each and every member of the family. Starting from 27 October 2020, shoes will not be allowed inside all of the guest rooms at all RISONARE properties. In addition to the RISONARE properties in Nasu, Atami, and Kohamajima, already with the no-shoes policy, the policy will also apply to Tomamu from 1 September and Yatsugatake from 27 October. By taking off the shoes at the entrance of the guest rooms, the inside of the room will be kept clean, where it will be a safe environment for small children.
In addition, we have thorough actions against the novel virus and hygiene management so that guests can stay at our properties safely and with peace of mind. In addition, at RISONARE, we will continue to propose new ideas for children to experience and be inspired, and for guests to spend both alone and quality time with their family so that each and every member of the family can enjoy themselves.
