Travel in Your 20’s Project

This project aims to encourage more young people to stay at KAI ryokans in Japan and enjoy the pleasures of our hot springs, food and activities. Eligible guests in their 20’s can enjoy a one-night, two-meal stay at any Hoshino Resorts KAI location for just 19,000 JPY per guest, which is as much as 46% off the standard rate.

Dates: from December 1, 2017 to March 31, 2018
Participating locations: All 14 KAI locations
Rates: 19,000JPY per person for 1 night, two meals included
Eligibility: Guests and companions ages 20-29, two person or more in a room

KAI Hakone is located within one of the most famous hot spring areas in Japan. This ryokan boasts beautiful river views from every guestroom, and a warm, semi-open giant bath. At night, you may sit back and relax in our yomogi wood tea room with plenty of local snacks and drinks.
KAI Kaga

KAI Kaga, located just 30 minutes by train from Kanazawa, is a luxury ryokan that was featured in the Michelin Guide 2016. The winter season Kaiseki meal features crab, which can be savored to the heart's content. Every night, you may enjoy an impressive dance performance by a traditional shishi lion in the lobby. If you like, take a picture or selfie with the shishi lion as well!

For a limited time until March 31st, 2018, there is scheduled to be a free shuttle bus from Tokyo Station to KAI Nikko! With a three-hour bus journey we will take you directly to the Nikko area. A stay at KAI Nikko will also make it a breeze to visit World Heritage Site, Nikko Toshogu Shrine.
